So i wasnt able to spend all my Legendary Shards before Season 23 started and apparently we're still receiving them. But im not sure now exactly what takes them since the vendors no longer take them. So does anyone have a list of what i can use Legendary Shards for during Season 23 and possible what to focus on or the best value for them?
