I am wanting to get the Exotic Khvostov and I am hearing that the meatball/servitor overthrow boss has been disabled bc of its glitch (where it snatches ALL of your motes and doesn't drop an (exotic) mote in return. Now that it is disabled, it will not spawn in the Blooming anymore. When will it come back?
