So i got this weird issue that i tried upgrading my handcannon to tier 2 enhancement which was supposed to enhance my 3rd column perk. But it didn't happen at all, the perk just got "unequipped" and i equipped it again. And even 2 weeks later the perk still hasn't been enhanced. (i hope the video URL above works, also please don't mind the german text)
