Hello to the entire community. A warm greeting to everyone! I want to comment on the following problem I had yesterday. It happens that yesterday when I entered the game I received a warning from Bungie where I was being accused of using "cheats or aids" specifically in Osiria trials since it is the only PVP I play. This is due, I suppose, to a large "spam of unjustified reports to my account" It is important to clarify that I am only an XBOX user and it must be taken into account that a few months ago XBOX launched an update where it does not allow you to connect any type of device that is not certified and approved by XBOX, it is also worth clarifying that I have been playing Destiny 2 for about 5-6 years and I have never used any type of cheats or aids. On the other hand, I wrote to Bungie via email, they responded that their team is not set up to handle this problem and that I should look for help on the Destiny 2 forum, which I already did yesterday and it really seems crazy to me that nothing can be done about this type of false accusation, also in the email I told them that I have videos, clips of the games I play to be able to support with real and truthful evidence that I have never used cheats. Lastly, does it mean that I can't play Trial of Osiris much anymore? Does it mean that I can only play 1 or 2 cards because if I play more they will take away my account without a real and truthful justification? Just because there are certain people who can't stand that one is a good player and start spamming false reports? I really don't know what to do and I can't find anyone who can help me with this problem, because yes! Today it's me, but in a few weeks it could be someone else in the community, who is banned or warned unjustifiably just for "spamming false reports."
