Hello, I'm not sure when this issue began but currently the "Machine Wrath" Prison of Elders challenge mode is permanently locked on all of my own and other peoples' characters. We have completed all of the requirements and we have access to the other two challenge modes, including Skolas's Revenge, but the first node is locked despite this. I hope this can be solved soon, because we are at a loss as to what may be causing it. I have also previously completed every version of Prison of Elders (including "Machine Wrath") prior to logging in today, so there is no reason why I shouldn't have access to it on that same character.
