Issue: Vesper's Host doesn't drop pinnacle loot on first clear nor (seemingly) Ice Breaker on repeat runs despite being a featured dungeon. The Challenges tab also still claims a pinnacle is available after completion Repro Steps: 1. Complete the dungeon 2. Check to see that the "Challenges" tab hasn't changed. 3. Check if any of the drops are pinnacle. Actual result: No pinnacle on first clear and no Ice Breaker drops on repeat runs (potentially bad RNG). Pinnacle loot challenge on the dungeon activity icon isn't fulfilled. Expected result: Pinnacle drop at the end of the first clear. Challenge tab is fulfilled and no longer there. Repeat runs have a chance of dropping Ice Breaker.
