Halo 5: Guardians plot details revealed
According to recent rumors, in Halo 5: Guardians the Master Chief will be undergoing a metamorphosis in his character. He is no longer attached to the UNSC and his main and only priority is finding a way to bring Cortana back. However, the Master Chief cannot do this alone. Throughout the story, he will meet new and interesting characters, as well as some old friends.
Due to the complexity of these characters, they will each be getting their own backstory of sorts, as well as some interesting archs for their own characters. The following is a list of playable characters has been given out by 343 Industries:
