I get your point maybe if they made unranked matches cause going into rumble with a couple of friends is all kinds of fun. We've never done thorn bounty in rumble and hopefully don't run into someone who would report us for having some fun with friends.

I've seen this happen but I was just in a fireteam of 3 playing rumble and my one friend is just good as hell. We hate seeing him win but we can't beat him 90% of the time. Unless they're like 3-15 I would really be skeptical of reporting people. Also you should really take some things into account like did you actually run into this player, was he good, etc. I have to say if they're terrible players it's pretty obvious when someone is boosting.

Ran into a party of 5 doing the same, I found a nice spot and picked them off on their way to their buddy, won the match and tea bagged them all whenever I could. It was my 3rd rumble match ever haha
