I preordered as I normally do, for the shader and background. I had it, was using it, now it's GONE and when I go back to it, it says PREORDER REQUIRED?????!!!!! I get dumped when none of my friends do, I am so sick of dumping money into this game. We can't even get answers to questions thru social media, let alone here. This is really a terrible way to treat customers.
