One super easy to get shotgun is still killing at "ridiculous" range (air quotes because shotguns aren't supposed to be weak as balls when the target is 2 feet away from you. Guns don't -blam!-ing work like that, but it's a game so I digress)! It's name? The Conspiracy Theory-D. I said this before when TTK first came out. That shotgun was a stupid idea. And the recent 2.0.1 patch confirmed it. Now, it wasn't noticeable before, due to shot package generally being better than range finder (imo). I assume majority of the people had shot package if it was the one being removed. But now that it's out of the game (until they balance it properly or w/e), every shotgun is trash (again, imo). My sidearm can outgun most of them even when they're in my face, minus the stormcallers that charge at me (seriously, -blam!- your guy's melee range, lol). I mean, if you guys were going to take away shot package, you could've given everyone that had a shot package perk, range finder instead. But then everyone would complain that it wasn't a proper "nerf" (technically not since they took it out to rebalance it), so you gave us all "eh" perks to replace it? Ahahaha, -blam!- no. The other smarter idea would be to just take off range finder as well as shot package to even out the playing field. Now all I see are literally, CT-D. I do not see any other shotguns being used. That's how much you guys broke shotguns. Though, pulse rifles are everywhere and any hand cannon that's not TLW is hardly seen. Autos and Scouts are chilling in the right area. I digress, those are for another time. TL:DR: CT-D is too OP because everyone is using it and is killing me at stupid range. /crycrywhinewhine. Take the range finder perk out of the shotgun perk tree until shot packaged is fix. Do not hand out anymore stupid weapons like range finder CT-D for quest rewards. Leave that to the RNGesus. Off topic: I guess this shows how everyone flocks to the stronger when they themselves aren't that great.
