I have a black screen on my pregame. All it tells me is that i have a problem has to be fixed and to wait a moment. Then it finishes and tells me, "Thank you for your patience, please restart your console and enjoy the game. Please vist Bungie .net". I did this 5 times and reset my router 4 times already. Would bungie please help me fix this ?

Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

And at the time you are doing that you should reset your home network also.
