Cookies for All
Come Hunters, come Titans, come Ninjas and Warwizzles. Come one, come all. The Bungie forum cookie shop "Tiny Box of Cookies" has officially opened for business. Glide right on by in your Radiant Dance Machines and pick yourself up a fresh, exotic internet cookie.
All you have to do to earn one of these delicious delicacies is post something happy, nostalgic, funny, awesome, or otherwise entertaining about destiny or the community. Sound easy enough? Have and example:
[spoiler]I ran into a group of players all going for their sword kills in crucible for the first time in months. It was one of the best games I've been in since TTK. Armies all swinging the barren hilts of swords at each other. It made me so happy :D[/spoiler]

1 回覆Destiny is the first console game I've bought. I'm actually used to terrible graphics from all the PC games I've played (low-key old ones like Wizard 101, etc.). The first time I logged in, I was absolutely blown away by this game. It looked amazing, and seemed amazing. It took me almost an hour to finish my Titan's looks and pick which of the two subclasses seemed cooler (Striker FTW). I actually thought the story was great. I fell in love with the vanilla story, and even thought that it was better than HoW and TDB. When TTK dropped, I was so hyped to play it that I finished the first half in 3 hours. I still think this game is great and has a story that's a little hard to follow at this point, but still good. It may have its ups and downs, but I still find it great. TL/DR: Density is bae

1 回覆Me and some friends were doing KF, it was our first time and we had been at Oryx for 4 hours! My friend kept on using Three of Coins on the Shade of oryx, about 20 of 'em and got like 7 exotic engrams. The problem was that he couldn't reach them from the shade bubble, so he stayed for 4 hours only to find out (When we gave up) that he could pick them up at the postmaster without beating the raid.... Turns out, they were all helmet engrams!!!

1 回覆Me and my team mates went into ToO against a team of suiciders so we decided to kill ourselves as well to make them play. It went on for about 5 rounds just tying until they eventually decided to play us.

3 回覆My friends and I decided to have some fun, so we went into ToO with our lowest light gear. In the end, we got destroyed, but we got a few funny kills.

There's another time we helped another friend get Black Spindle and it's the only time I've ever heard him raise his voice in excitement. The best moments I've had is sharing great experiences with people and being happy and excited in that moment. That's what makes the game for me.

1 回覆Once had a whole team of randoms escort me to the rift. Where i got my first and only score to date. I had a personal score of 5050 and we still lost haha.

2 回覆When me and my friends went to Fight each other in Y1 crucible To find out who had the best hand cannon Me,with Thorn Friend1,with The Last Word Friend2,with The First Curse Good times :) Also when me and some other friends(we are all Brazilians)invited an American to our Fireteam to do KF,by the end of it,he already knew how to say Knight,Wizard,Thrall and Warpriest in Portuguese

5 回覆In like the third or fourth week after launch, all I wanted was red death, thunderlord, and zombie apocalypse WF47 (didn't know about xur at the time) and then I got Red Death AND Zombie Apocalypse (engram) from the same crucible run. :)))))-that's a happy fat guy.

But anyway, here's my anecdote: a bunch of guys in my clan had mained basically a single class since they'd started Destiny (some year one players, some started with TTK), and in the past month had decided to level up a 2nd or 3rd class. They were happily discussing it the other day, "I can't wait until I can say: 'I'll just switch to my titan', or 'I need to switch to my titan' !" It was nice to hear them just experiencing something new and having fun in Destiny.

4 回覆The grindy grind for hopscotch pilgrim. I'd given up. Days wasted. Head in hands from exhaustion and the deep dread caused by realising your wasting your life trying to get a silly boom boom from a game. -blam!- this gun. -blam!- it. I fully give up. Not doing this. I'm gonna go the pub, catch a band, see some friends and get messy. One more strike before I get ready to go out. It dropped. Oh -blam!-. oooooh fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. Plans cancelled. Crucible engaged.

2 回覆Playing a game of Trials with no HUD on for our first game of the card was so fun- I ended up complaining my headshots weren't hitting on a guy who I was having a sniper duel with- turned out to be my teammate.

1 回覆I remember my first gally. It was my second time raiding, and it was on normal crota. We could hardly kill the deathsinger because none of us had it. Around two hours later we did and the legend popped up for me and one of my mates. I squealed I'm not ashamed.

Me and 4 other guardians fought the boss and we were about to kill it then the time ran out......and the other guardians left me..... ;-; Edit.
