I believe he is an old Kell that has gone into hiding and is waiting at the right moment to unite the houses and destroy the city once and for all.

2 回覆He is the master of the darkness. He created xylar, rules over oryx, controls the vex, kell of every house, and emperor of the emperor of the cabal. In the final battle against him, he wears armor made of prenerfed gjallarhorns that shoots rockets with wolfpack rounds with thorn burn damage.
