If you ever bought one these packages you would no they dont ship with the part that fires the bullet. You have to go to a licensed dealer to purchase one, and those have serial numbers

To be honest, I'm more afraid of people who know a lot about explosives than I am distrustful of people who open carry, carry an illegal weapon, etc. Timothy Mcveigh being a good example of what determined people can do without firearms.

Seems like a reasonable loophole to close.
