My issue with the inconsistencies of the DC comics universive when concerning BatMan is there are actually two versions of the character, there's the street level vigilante who struggles to deal with his mostly non superpowererd rouges gallery and then you have the Justice League superhero who can hold his own against villains that could give Superman a run for his money.

Yeah one problem with that...Batman can still kick your ass if you take away his tech. Tony Stark on the other hand would likely lose any hand-to-hand engagement if stripped of his armor and gadgets.
