A Few Questions from a new player -what is the max power level you can get to at level 20 with no dlc -how do you get to that max power level if you cant do nightfalls, heroic stories, or raids as your power level is too low -do weapon mods increase power level (think they dont after reading another post but thought id ask) I want to play the base game to the fullest before purchasing any dlc. Alot of posts talk about this topic but if i can get some more up to date info it would be most appeciated
