I have grinded my way to 2100 and obtained the gun and I was so shocked at how easy it was to kill with the Luna's Howl. So overpowered and ridiculous to use compared to other weapons. I'm ok with Recluse, with Jötun, with Mountain Top, with Trust, with Dust Rock...I was even ok with Mida & Graviton Lance back in the days but that gun...the Luna's Howl...oh my God that thing was definitely broken by design before the day it came out. I am so happy for the news!! This really restored my faith in the Bungie Development team. Thank you for this.
