This weeks Exo Challenge has you shoot some Vex confluxes [spoiler]to temporarily freeze the Vex[/spoiler]. While playing the challenge, there has been a few times where a rapid flickering would happen when I shoot the confluxes. It's not every time, but it happened a lot where it bothered me. I'm not photosensitive myself, but it even caused me to wince a little bit. This should be fixed pretty fast so no other guardian with photosensitivity isn't affected by this.
