My friend is experiencing an issue where upon completing missions that have a cutscene following them (the final shadowkeep mission or "the investigation"), said cutscene won't play, resulting in the game not counting him playing the mission as a completion. Because of this, he can't progress in the campagnes as the game sees it as if he left the mission before completion.
