Hello! I had a pre-lightfall build revolving around Lucky Pants. When lightfall released, I noticed Lucky Pants no longer had one of its exotics perks, Illegally Modified Holster, in which ammo is slowly loaded onto stowed Hand Cannons. With the new mod system revamp, was this intentional or an unintentional nerf to the piece? -Thanks!
