Hi Bungie,
I would appreciate it if you could return all my characters and their progress. After getting chicken errors for nearly 2 hours last night and unable to get to the character select screen. I was horrified to discover that when I looked at my profile on the website and the companion app, it said there were no characters on my steam account. What the heck are you playing at? I haven't even managed to finish the new DLC yet!

Bungie is currently investigating this issue. Your characters are safe. The servers handling that data are just not communicating with the apps.
