Collected the Prime Gaming Bundle November 8th and the shader, emote, ship and sparrow aren't there or grayed. I can't retrieve them. What are players supposed to do to get this resolved?

Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully.
Make sure that you claim the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one.
If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.
