it wont let me deactivate cross save so i can use my original account on all platforms
my cross save has my old steam account that i dont have accesses to and am not able to play my original psn account on steam need help deactivating my cross save so i can do it properly and play my original account on all platforms thank you in advance

Hey there, you will need to work with Steam support to regain access to the old Steam account. That's because you need to cancel cross-save first, which will let you unlink the old account and add the new one. Bungie does not forcibly remove accounts from cross-save or cancel cross-save. Also note that cancelling cross-save will apply a 90-day cooldown before cross-save can be set up again, meaning the PSN account will be PS-only for that period of time.
