Hello guardians, I'm not sure where to post this because I'm new to the forum that's why I'm posting it here.I have a question so I was watching some streamers and I noticed one of the streamers was doing paid carries.I'm not talking about raffles and such.The streamer was literally telling people to gift him 5 subs so they can get a guaranteed spot in the fireteam.If this is considered against the TOS or COC how can I report him? I looked at his past broadcasts and he has been doing that for at least a week.I'm not going to leak the name of the streamer because I don't want to start a witch hunt or to promote his stream.But if someone from Bungie or a Moderator wants me to post a link to his Bungie account or stream I can do so.
