Need to speak to an admin. Posting for a friend obviously. Have a friend with the problem in the title. All of them, and it confirmed isn’t game or console settings, as those don’t affect the Help Forum or App. It’s been that way since Into the Light dropped and then a fix was put in place to prevent people from getting kicked. His account is now borderline useless as he can’t talk with anyone. He attempted to deactivate cross save to fix the problem and that didn’t work. So quite frankly he is super screwed now. Not the birthday issue as this has been going on for longer than that has been active. He informed me he is smart enough not to set his birthday to younger than his actual age, and man is almost 30. He apparently figured he would be patient and y’all would fix the bug, as things happen. Now he has given up and is about to quit the game. His Bungie Name is Strikeheart#4947.
