NOTSWAP (Swapping Exptoc armor drains all ability energy) modifier in comp playlists is draining all of my energy even if I haven't swapped an exotic during the games. It will drain any time I switch out an kind of special ammo weapon for something different. The exotics have been one piece of armor and a rocket launcher. They haven't been removed or switched so why is all of my energy being drained?
