For the past month, I have been having the issue of not being able to use voice or text chat, I have contacted Bungie support through the contact forums several times over the past month. Still, instead of changing my date of birth, I have never given my date of birth to Bungie they just think I'm under age, they just send an automated email telling me why I can't use voice chat and send me a link to review their guidelines for date of birth access to voice chat.
