A few days ago I posted about missing the annual pass after purchase with TFS. I realize now what my problem was.
Wirhout knowing, I activated crosssave after logging into the steam account I purchased the pass so my pass was tied to that brand new account I never played.
I emailed Bungie, hopefully there will be a response on the next day or so. Does anyone know the likelihood that they will refund my silver to purchase the annual pass on the right account? I do understand it is my message up, but I would really hate to throw most of that money I spent away.
Or possibly they could unlink my accounts and I could try and crosssave again to activate the pass?

Bungie reviews each case on a case by case basis so it is hard to state with certainty how they will handle your case. If you have filled out the form (not sure what email you may have sent as Bungie does not offer a customer facing email address for support) you have done all that you can, Bungie will review and handle your ticket in the order it was received during standard business hours.
I can say they do not offer refunds on Silver purchases, best case scenario is they would change the activation.

[/quote]Passes are activated upon purchase. Deactivating cross save will allow you to use the passed on the account they are currently active on, but only on that platform. It will not allow you to reactivate.
