I’m sure I’m not alone in this thinking, but the exotic class items for Hunters and Titans are just too ugly and they ruin any kind of good looking fashion our guardians have going. I know that exotic items are meant to be visible so that in PvP (or for fireteam members in PvE), you can have some visual idea of what you’re up against, but I think bungie needs to make an exception for the class items and allow us to apply our legendary transmog cosmetics onto our exotic class items. Since these armor pieces don’t change to reflect which perks are attached to them like regular exotic armor does, if we’re gonna be forced to look at super ugly exotic class items (and their bad looking ornaments as well), I think bungie should open up the transmog system just for that armor piece only so we can get back to having great looking custom armor sets. It’s not a huge issue, but it is hard to look at, especially since bungie has gone out of their way to even sell custom legendary armor transmog items that change based on which exotic you pair them with to make armor sets look even better. I think the warlock bond is one of the better looking bonds (I love the old D1 bonds that had lots of holographic/3D/animated looks, so that one is a great example of a great looking exotic class item), so I don’t think any warlocks find issue with the look, but everyone else I’ve talked to tolerates their exotic class items for the perks, but they HATE the looks. They just aren’t good to look at. We NEED more/better transmog options just for the exotic class items. They’re a real eye sore and idk how anyone thought it was a good idea to force these ugly looks without at least a couple different styles of ornaments for them right away to have better/altered styles. Even the ornaments are ugly and barely change the looks. Sorry, but this was just a bad idea to have these and not give us more transmog options… or at least 3-4 different looking ornaments per class that allow us to better match our custom looks. [b]Long story short… if we’re not getting a bunch of good looking exotic class item ornaments any time soon (or ones that have a broad, good look to them that match most armors), bungie needs to make an exception and allow us to use our legendary transmog ornaments on our exotic class items. Mostly everyone thinks they’re an eyesore so why not just give us some extra customization on them? Thoughts?[/b]
