The Skullfort gives us healing, which allow not to entirely rely on Knockout aspect to restore health. It refunds used Melee Ability charge immediately. Using it with Thundercrap just lacks for Lighting Strike and Jolt, compared to Point-Contact Cannon Brace. It is not even designed as an exotic armor specifically enhance Thunderclap. Point-Contact Cannon Brace should gives us more ability, such like damage resistance of hunter's Gifted Conviction or gaining melee ability charge by dealing any jolt damage not just Thundercrap kills.
