If The Witness is damaged to the final stand health checkpoint while performing his final slam attack to end the damage phase in excision, the next damage phase will start softlocked. Players are granted Glyphbreaker and the objective is updated to Destroy Glyphs (0/6), but an immune wall is present in front of The Witness preventing glyphs from being broken (this shield would be damaged by the Ghosts' super attack). Glyphbreaker buff is consistently refreshed and this phase appears to have no timer, so the fight does not progress.
