Tome of Want: A Primer quest does not progress after meeting Step 3
My step 3 does not progress no matter how times I’ve played the Nethers. It seems like this is a known bug from https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/27062192032404-Destiny-2-Year-7-Known-Issues-and-Vital-Information
How do i get past this?

It's been bugged 11 days now, they don't care. They claim they are "investigating" - if they don't know what the issue is by now, then don't expect any fix in the pipeline. This whole episode is a poorly coded piece of trash... I can't even play the content I paid for, like getting the exotic smg quest.
