Do you think privilege is a real thing? Just in case you don't exactly know what "privilege" really is, it basically comes down to how white and how male you are. If you're an average white cis-gendered (straight) male, you're the most privileged. You'll often hear feminists (and MSNBC, lol) refer to privilege. You're also born with privilege and can never get rid of it.
So, do you believe privilege is "real"? Do you hold yourself accountable for your own "privilege"?
My brother applied to a job last year. He was definitely overqualified for it, but it was a stepping stone to a higher position. He ended up not getting hired, losing the position to a woman who was under-qualified, just because she had a vagina.
White males are discriminated against to fill gender/racial quotas. They're not privileged.
