Last year, she and her husband were accused of luring a man through Craigslist and killing him. She confessed to that crime, but she also claimed that she was killed almost two dozens around the country, such as in Texas and Alaska. She says that she joined a satanic cult at 13 and that's when she started killing.
Here is the thing, she is only 19, she looks like a scared girl and she says she killed over 22 people. Most male serial killers don't kill that many. So what do you think? Do you think it's worth investigating or is she just sending police on a wild goose chase?

Fascinating. While I believe there may be reasonable doubt about this case, it is nevertheless possible. I'm skeptical about the plausibility of the story as she tells it. Logic dictates that these claims be investigated.
-
One look at her eyes and it says it all. Perhaps not "22" as she says, but she's confessed to one killing, and made claims that she did it to others. The weight adds up, and just from looking at her eyes, and the way she observes the world around her, you can see it.

Don't judge by appearances. This is a common character flaw that we all have as humans, and the reason we all seem stunned when a person who otherwise "looks normal" turns out to be messed up in the head.
-
She's saying she can pinpoint the locations of bodies, so it'll be easy enough to follow up on. The innocent appearance played a key role in the one she's been charged with, so I'm not going to put too much meaning to that.
-
Yeah. Seems likely. Just because she looks innocent doesn't necessarily mean that she is.

What does the person's sex have to do with anything? Why should they not investigate? If she confessed to one murder, and said she killed others, you need to investigate.
-
Goose chase or not, law enforcement is obligated to investigate. It's not like she's saying "I'll tell you where the bodies are if you offer me a plea deal". As far as the feasibility of a woman of that age being capable of killing that many people? Completely believable. In the instance where she is charged, she had an accomplice. And even if all of the others were done solo? Still easy enough to believe. It's not hard to imagine that during a hook-up that one party could/would incapacitate the other in order to "do what they want". It happens all too often with the sexes reversed.
