I mean, dismiss the fact that you don't teach a child to fear things, or perpetuate fear on to others... The family in and of itself looks pretty creepy (A+ illustrations right there). Like is the father's hand, a gun? Do they all have to give that creepy wide eyed stare/smile? Does them being white also provide ironic subtext of the whole fear mongering thing? Etc.
Also, lets not forget the fact that the daughter being portrayed is 13 years old, totally missing the intended target audience (presumably 3-5 year olds).
