We need a few more interesting weapon types. The fusion rifle is a good start, but this is the future damn it! We need more space age weaponry! Perhaps a weapon that fires projectiles that home in on their target and explode once enough of the projectiles combine into their target....no it's not a needler but you see where I'm coming from. Something like that would fall in the special weapon category. All of our weird space guns should go into the special weapon category.
