I have an idea, to actually do something with the massive stack of ascended materials that are piling up on my guardian. It solves two birds with one stone. It's similar to re-forging weapons in the Iron Banner. Let me re-roll the stats on my vanguard/crucible gear, by taking it to the each respect vanguard vendor for each class, charge me 2 ascended shards for each re-roll, and by doing so it will re-roll progression, perks, and stats on my armor. Same idea for weapons. Have you gotten a weapon drop with great perks but you hate the choices of sights? This idea would let you take it to the quartermaster, drop 2 ascended energies, and re-roll it for the chance at something different. I know raid weapons can be OP as exotics, so I intentionally left them out. Please +1 and bump if you like. Comments below are appreciated.
