[u]Cold.[/u] Argus. He was cold. Not in body. In mercy. He was on Venus. Killing Vex. And hive. And another, higher ranking one. A hive. What did hive business have on the jungle planet? [i]35 Cycles Earlier[/i] "You have found a secret of the nine, Argus." Eris was surprised at the inscription located on the underside of his helmet. "Yes? What does it mean?" Argus was exited. He would live a usually dull life, working with the Cryptarchy to decode old earth Concodes or Derivable Engrams. In his other time, he would do fireteam runs to sweep out the hive on the Dreadnought. "Coordinates. Venus. Alavenos Mountains." Eris seemed very interested in this. After all, she was a member of the hidden, and she would inform Ikora, obviously. "Does this mean anything to you?" Eris Morn was growing a little suspicious. ... "No. They have no meaning to me." "You may leave. I wish success upon you." "And the same." ---------------- When Argus arrived on that section of Venus, the sky burned. Literally. The blazing earth's Solar volcanoes blasted flames reaching the ends of the atmosphere and beyond. There were Hive structures everywhere. Why? And there was a full scale clash. Vex VS Hive. And the Vex were winning. Argus landed his ship and created a five hour transmat including ammo and Sparrow. The first thing he noticed was how unfamiliar this place was compared to Venus. First, there was the Dreadnought. Or one of the many dreadnoughts accompanying Oryx's domain.And there were imitations of the Hellmouth every 7-8 miles he rode his Sparrow across. It was a usual Venus landscape otherwise. [i]The Clashing[/i] Not your usual Vex. Nor Hive. Layered in blue stripes, both sides fought. Both had some larger entity commanding as well. This was located near an everyday Vex spire, like the Citadel, for example. Argus easily weaved through into a random Vex structure. And guardians were there. [u][i][b]TO BE CONTINUED...[/b][/i][/u]
